Por Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas de 8 de marzo de 2013 se acordó la disolución y liquidación de RECOL NETWORKS, S.A. (en adelante, además, "EN LIQUIDACIÓN") conforme a las previsiones legales del Título X del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2010, de 2 de julio, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital. Fue nombrado liquidador único D. Manuel Astillero Fuentes.

On Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting taken hold on 8 March 2013 it was agreed the dissolution and liquidation of RECOL NETWORKS, S.A. (hereinafter also "IN LIQUIDATION") in accordance with the legal provisions of Title X of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, dated 2 July, approving the revised text of the Corporations Act. It was named as sole liquidator Mr. Manuel Astillero Fuentes.
